Insurance
Please note that many insurance companies will cover physiotherapy under their complementary therapies. Take the Lead Physiotherapy does not claim directly from insurance companies; payment is therefore required at the time of treatment and a receipt will be provided. If you are making a claim we are happy to support with any necessary paperwork although in many instances it is the referring veterinarian who must complete the claim form.

Consent
By law, all veterinary physiotherapists require consent from your registered veterinary surgeon prior to assessment and treatment of your pet. You can obtain the necessary paperwork by contacting Katie directly. Alternatively Katie is happy to liaise with your veterinary practice on your behalf.
